Ethiopian filmmaker Zelalem Woldemariam has won Focus Features’ Africa’s first program grant. Focus Features, a renowned, giant Hollywood company, is well known for producing films like The Pianist, Broke Back Mountain, Lost in Translation and Motorcycle Diaries.
